Secretary
As the secretary my responsibilities included the scheduling of meetings, perpetration of agenda, recording of minutes and planning of special events.

• Lead the transition from in person meetings to video conference meetings during the Covid19 pandemic
• The redesign of the club website made it easier for new visitor to join our meetings.

As the IT volunteer my responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting and upgrading the office network, WiFi and VOIP infrastructure.

• Install Ubiquity managed network for 18 workstations.
• Design and install a cost-efficient wireless network for hospital staff to begin transition from paper to electronic documentation.

The 2019 Digital Non Profit Conference brought together 250 leaders from Non-Profits organisations across Vancouver.
• I co-ordinated technical plans, venue setup and provided support to the presenters.
• Create 3D CAD floorplans using Sketchup
• Photography and livestream monthly Meetups

As a member of the St John Ambulance volunteer first aid service, I attended weekly training sessions and worked as a volunteer in first aid posts at public events.

Every year TEDxUbud brought together 100 leaders in Ubud Bali. I co-created technical plans and provided support to the presenters.

In July 2013 I travelled to Chiang Mai, Thailand where I volunteered with Habitat for Humanity. This project involved a team of volunteers from Australia working with a local family to build a new home to live in and raise their newborn child. Experiencing how families and communities function in developing counties was an amazing experience.

In the summer of 2015 I volunteered with Blaze Aid to clear and rebuild fences on farms in South Australia following the bushfires.
